This Privacy Policy applies to the Plaka Kontrol TR mobile application
(the “Application”), developed by Umur Alper (the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as is.
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you use it. This may include:
- Your device Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Device type and operating system
- Application usage information
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- The pages or screens you visit and the time spent on them
This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the Application.
2. Camera Usage
The Application requires access to your device camera in order to scan and analyze vehicle license plates.
The camera is used only when you actively choose to start a scan.
3. Image Processing and Server Usage
Images captured by the user may be transmitted securely to the Application server for license plate analysis
and verification.
These images are processed only for providing the Application’s core functionality. They are processed
temporarily, are not stored permanently, and are deleted after the analysis is completed.
The Application does not share these images with third parties except where required by law.
4. Location Information
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
The Application may use automated image analysis or artificial intelligence–based methods
to help evaluate license plate images submitted by the user.
Such processing is used only to provide the requested feature and is not used to identify users personally.

The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
These services may collect technical data in accordance with their own terms.

The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
These services may use device identifiers and similar technical information to provide and improve ads.

Technical and diagnostic information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain,
secure, and improve the Application.
License plate images submitted for analysis are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing is complete.

If you have questions about data handling or wish to request deletion of any data associated with your use

10. Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- if required by law or legal process,
- to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud,
- to trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider under appropriate obligations.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
12. Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures
to protect the information processed through the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Umur Alper tarafından geliştirilen
Plaka Kontrol TR mobil uygulaması (“Uygulama”) için geçerlidir.
Uygulama ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır ve mevcut haliyle kullanılmak üzere sağlanır.
1. Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanım
Uygulama kullanımı sırasında bazı bilgiler otomatik olarak toplanabilir. Bunlar şunları içerebilir:
- Cihazınızın IP adresi
- Cihaz türü ve işletim sistemi
- Uygulama kullanım bilgileri
- Hata kayıtları ve tanılama verileri
- Ziyaret edilen ekranlar ve bu ekranlarda geçirilen süre
Bu bilgiler yalnızca Uygulama’yı çalıştırmak, sürdürmek ve geliştirmek amacıyla kullanılır.
2. Kamera Kullanımı
Uygulama, araç plakalarını taramak ve analiz etmek amacıyla cihaz kamerasına erişim ister.
Kamera yalnızca kullanıcı tarama işlemini başlattığında kullanılır.
3. Görüntü İşleme ve Sunucu Kullanımı
Kullanıcı tarafından çekilen görüntüler, plaka analizi ve doğrulama işlemi için güvenli şekilde
Uygulama sunucularına gönderilebilir.
Bu görüntüler yalnızca Uygulama’nın temel işlevini sağlamak amacıyla geçici olarak işlenir.
Kalıcı olarak saklanmaz ve analiz tamamlandıktan sonra silinir.
Bu görüntüler, yasal zorunluluklar dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
4. Konum Bilgisi
Uygulama, mobil cihazınızdan hassas konum bilgisi toplamaz.
5. Yapay Zekâ ve Otomatik Analiz
Uygulama, kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen plaka görüntülerini değerlendirmek için
otomatik görüntü analizi veya yapay zekâ tabanlı yöntemler kullanabilir.
Bu işlemler yalnızca talep edilen özelliği sunmak amacıyla yapılır ve kullanıcıları kişisel olarak tanımlamak için kullanılmaz.
6. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, kendi gizlilik politikalarına sahip üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden yararlanabilir.
Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına göre teknik veri toplayabilir.
Uygulamada kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmetler şunları içerebilir:

Uygulama, Google AdMob gibi üçüncü taraf reklam hizmetleri gösterebilir.
Bu hizmetler reklam sunumu ve iyileştirmesi amacıyla cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve benzeri teknik bilgileri kullanabilir.
8. Veri Saklama
Teknik ve tanılama verileri, Uygulama’yı sürdürmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek için makul süre boyunca tutulabilir.
Analiz için gönderilen plaka görüntüleri kalıcı olarak saklanmaz ve işleme tamamlandıktan sonra silinir.

Veri işleme hakkında sorularınız varsa veya kullanımınıza bağlı herhangi bir verinin silinmesini talep etmek istiyorsanız,

10. Bilgilerin Açıklanması
Hizmet Sağlayıcı aşağıdaki durumlarda bilgi açıklayabilir:
- yasal zorunluluk veya resmi süreç gereği,
- hakları korumak, güvenliği sağlamak veya dolandırıcılığı araştırmak amacıyla,
- uygun yükümlülükler altında Hizmet Sağlayıcı adına çalışan güvenilir hizmet sağlayıcılarla.
11. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, gerekli işlemlerin yapılabilmesi için Hizmet Sağlayıcı ile iletişime geçiniz.
12. Güvenlik
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulama üzerinden işlenen bilgileri korumak için makul idari, teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler almaktadır.
13. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir.
Herhangi bir değişiklik bu sayfada güncellenmiş yürürlük tarihi ile yayınlanacaktır.
14. Onayınız
Uygulama’yı kullanarak, bu Gizlilik Politikası’nda açıklandığı şekilde bilgi işlenmesini kabul etmiş olursunuz.
